1. On the Worksheet Menu Bar go to Format/ Conditional Formatting�

2. Choose �Formula is� in the dropdown box.

3. Type the formula:

ex. =COUNTIF(A:A, A1) > 1

4. Click the Format button and choose the Patterns tab.

5. Choose a color and click Ok, and then click Ok again.
